Account Activation Guide

Name: Enter your name exactly as it is on file with your program provider. For example, if your name is on file as "William" do not enter "Bill."
2. Phone Number: Enter the phone number that is on file. Usually, this is your home phone number, but consider that it could be your cellular or work number.
3. Area Code: Be sure to enter your area code.

Note: If you are unsuccessful in activating your account, your account might already be active. Go to the login screen and try logging into your account using your email address and password. If you don't know your password, you may request it.
